hi I'm back again with my how to series and my today's topic is how to drive business performance for entrepreneurs and business heads are you an entrepreneur or a business head are you a division manager or a department manager are you a director of an organization or you're responsible for driving the Department's performance or your organization's performance so since you are responsible for driving the per performance of your organization you need to have answer to my three questions today I'm going to give you three questions today and if you have the answer these three questions you can increase the employee engagement index of your organization it will help your passengers become drivers in your organization a lot of a lot of employees it is said a survey says 88% employees in the organization are passengers and not drivers only 12% employees are taking care of 88% of the business 12% employees are actually driving the entire business remaining are only passenger it is said the drivers were executors of the business and passengers are executed in the business you need to develop more drivers don't you now if if you want to develop more drivers and if you want to drive the business performance of your organization you need to have answered three questions my question is what is the money-making model of your department or your organization one more time what is the money-making model of your department or your organization yes money-making model what does money-making model means this is that one thing that will drive the business performance of that organization or that department in your department what is that one thing by PTO principle if you do that one thing it will be most impacting to the entire business what is that one thing which is the money-making model of your department simply means one thing if your entire department does that one thing 80% things already done parto principal says your 20% activities will give you 80% great results and your 80% activities not even give you 20% result which is that one thing if your entire organization start running behind that one thing if your or probably your entire department starts running behind your one thing that's what that's called moneymaking Model that's one thing if your entire department works on will contrib rute to the maximum Revenue profitability liquidity growth and productivity of your department or your organization identify your money-making model first what is the money-making model of your department now my second question is do you know what is your role to contribute to the money-making model of your department come on do you know what exactly do you need to do what exactly is your role and activity and responsibility toward the money-making model of your department listen listen to me your entire vision mission objective strategy action plan and everything will fail if you don't know what do you do what are you supposed to do to contribute are you how much of your time are you actually investing in contributing to the money-making model of your department that's an important question are you aware fully what is the moneymaking model of your department question one and what is your role to contribute to the money-making model of your department that's the question number two and now I'm taking you to question number three and the third question is simple does everybody in your department has the answer to above two questions come on one more time does everybody in your department and organization has the answer to above two questions simply if you've got the answer to three questions what will happen you will align the entire business performance in One Direction and can you imagine if the entire team and entire organization is running in One Direction with a lot of force and most impacting activity is what actually people are working on not on the daily urgent things but an absolutely impacting highest impacting Revenue generating goal this is going to contribute to your revenues to your growth productivity liquidity profitability this is going to actually help you to help your organization grow very simple if you want to drive your business performance if you want to make sure your employee engagement is happening a lot of employees are disengaged employees they don't even know what are they supposed to do to contribute to the money-making model of the organization make sure each and every employee in your department and in your entire organization has the answer to above three
