delegates the sponsors the nominees I'd like to congratulate and thank world leadership Federation for giving us all of us an opportunity to see meet such powerful great entrepreneurs my name is V bendra I'm an international motivation speaker leadership consultant and a CEO coach today I will not be able to speak for very long I'm doing about 50 seminars in a month maybe about 50 to 55 seminars every month and taking more than 500 flights every year this year I met register for guine book of world record for traveling maximum and taking maximum flights in a year serving over 1500 corporates having over 13 million YouTube followers I'd like to thank each one of you here for giving me an opportunity to share at least few words that I have learned in all these years you could all see that today my throat is not I've not been keeping a great throat today so I'll only take few minutes so today I just because I was surprised to see that I'm also a speaker today I was not aware of that so I thought I met a lot of entrepreneurs young entrepreneurs here today so I thought I may speak few learnings that I have gathered so for next 10 minutes would you like me to begin this program now loudly yes no thank you very much so today I'd like to ask you a question everybody needs motivation and since everybody needs motivation can I ask you a question what is the real source of motivation where does a person gets his real motivation from what is that source that gives you lasting motivation what is that one source that gives you unlimited motivation would you like to take a guess come on anything and everything anything and everything come on opport opportunity very good come on VI passion passion okay very good come on thoughts very good come on appr appreciation money recognition friends family the car and luxury the Ambitions and goals there are a lot of answers motivation can be divided into two one is called outside in second is called Inside Out motivation which is dependent on external soul SCE is always temporary in nature are you with me yes no motivation which is dependent on external source is always temporary in nature external reason and external season are always temporary source of motivation now the real source of motivation is belief system hey come on what's that belief system belief system is such a powerful strength that can actually make you it can break you it can make you strongly mental it can make you mentally strong it can give you hopeless end it can give you endless hope it can actually make you cry it can actually make you try the negative belief system or positive belief system belief system is that core strength that you believe in today the tribal ladies in Thailand are actually piercing their body with the bamboo stick you and says torture she says no Buddha is getting pleased I'm getting purified belief system today in the eastern part of India the ladies are walking on burning coal fire walk you and I can't do it she's doing it comfortably conveniently un says torture she says no no no Buddha is getting durad Dei is getting pleased I'm getting purified belief system today the neighboring country where I'm coming from I've seen a lot of people killing we heard a news killing small young children thinking that my God is getting pleased by doing that no you and I can't do that they're doing it comfortably conveniently belief system the belief system can make you do the worst of the thing or the best of the thing depending on what kind of belief system if you wherever you are today is based on the belief system that you've developed today belief system is that one strength that can help you conceive believe and Achieve it's called CBA we all learned ABC it is CBA conceive believe and Achieve whatever you conceive and you firmly believe that a great possibility you'll be able to achieve why because with the emotions you get the devotion and where there is devotion there is lot of promotion where there is promotion you need to remember the notion and what is the notion if you remember the emotion will create devotion so let's go back it is the engaging engaging emotion can actually create a lot of drive one thing it is important that if we able to actually create a right belief system it it can take you to any level Gandhi went to South Africa and in the Train the white people they actually threw him out of the train Gandhi said I'm carrying my first class ticket they said no you're a black man you have to travel third class he said I'm a barister hey whatever come on get out ghi Gandhi replied come on you threw me out of the train come back to my country I will throw you out of my [Applause] country people when they develop powerful belief system converting anger into a resolution come on converting anger into a resolution it's okay to have anger but it's bad to get angry so convert anger into a resolution people who have created history in the history are those people who were able to convert the anger into a resolution one resolution can bring major Revolution come on one more time give give me your right hand out come on say one resolution major Revolution if you're able to create that one resolution it can bring major revolutionary Revolution but the problem is 95% New Year resolutions are broken by 15th January we need to hold on to the conscious resolution hold on to the conscious resolution today my simple subject that I want to share with you is if you try to be the best you'll be number one but if you try to remain unique you'll be the only one that's creating your competitive strength creating your competitive Advantage creating your Blue Ocean strategy where there is no competition you become the competition and how would you do that you know in India some of you are Indians here and you would know dalmas sanas bans Jindal mjal goas Modis M tatas beras zanis Adis God these are all families I've been coaching and training for quite a long time people in India know I'm sure I I'll be happy to share with you at an age of 34 I've been recognized with over 100 Awards in last few years and recent one was at World hrd Congress where I was awarded by Marshall Goldsmith as the best leadership trainer in Asia [Applause] there are many other but today the day is not to glorify me the day is to glorify these entrepreneurs today is not my day today is the day of all the entrepreneurs and world leadership Federation which has taken this initiative to get you all here I want to tell you something after being associating and training lot of top CEOs of our country and neighboring 25 English speaking countries I saw one great thing in every every person who want who actually was growing fast there's one common quality that I've seen in all top CEOs of the world would you like to know that yes no if you want to scale up your business there is one common quality that I've seen in a lot of top entrepreneurs of our country and neighboring countries and that's called speed of implementation Implement you heard a lecture implemented you've read a book you find out here understand meditate digest and apply come on here understand meditate digest and apply the day you're able to convert learning into an actionable action plan because knowledge is power louder yes no knowledge is power yes no yes no knowledge is no power knowledge is only potential power it is the implementation of knowledge that's real power information is no power information is only potential power it is the implementation of information that gets you real transformation information is will never give you trans implementation of information gets you transformation so what is the one common thing the one common thing is speed of implementation people who've been implementing the learnings very fast at a lightning speed are those people who grow fast others are actually stuck in their patterns others are actually stuck in their patterns they have a mental therat bar punch bar lunch life TCH r so they've got a lot of negative mental patterns they've got a lot of negative mental patterns and these patterns are driving you you are not driving yourself these patterns are driving you are you with me yes no the kind of patterns that you've developed will actually determine the future you cannot improve the future in the future you got to improve the future right now are you with me you got to improve the future right now so my next point is that if you want to implement these things the one thing can change your life do you know that there one word that can change your life would you like to know that can I tell you that one word okay okay so that one word is now simple word now only now can change your life nothing else come on you got to implement these learnings right now right here right now come on give me your right hand come on right here right now come on come on right here
